The most outstanding candidates were handpicked as winners. The award ceremony, now in its ninth edition, was held at the glittering Taj Vivanta, Hinjewadi on 30 September 2022.

A highly skilled HR & TA professional, Meenakshi carries 20 years of rich national and international experience in talent acquisition across Cloud Application Services, ERP, Core Product Development, Consulting, and Service industries. Among her many accomplishments, she’s well versed in leveraging both traditional and creative candidate sourcing techniques including social media: LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Glassdoor, Job Boards, and Referral Programs to attract candidates.

The Pune Woman Leaders Award is an honor bestowed by the WORLD WOMEN LEADERSHIP CONGRESS (WWLC) to recognize the strategic and influential role of various women leaders in the development of the modern economy, technology, and administrative methodologies that promotes the advancement of the government and business organization according to the standards of global competitiveness. Meenakshi, along with other women leaders were awarded for their outstanding leadership and achievements reflected by the distinct innovations and initiatives brought in by them in various private and public sectors.
